We know very little about space, much less about any intelligent life that may be out there. This is why we must be proactive and weaponize our space stations and vessels. There may be life out there, and we don’t know if they hold the interests of the United States at their core, so why not be ready to invade them wherever they may be.
Also, make it mandatory that all Americans of breathing age submit one pint of blood to a federal depository. We don’t know what may be on other worlds, but just in case there is any oil, we’ll already have plenty of blood stockpiled to shed for it.
