Dear Mr. President,
We the under signers of this petition due hereby urge immediate steps be taken to reinstate and/or shorten the penalties of professional athletes accused of doping. It is not good for our economy when professional athletes are idle and box seats in stadiums remain empty.
The guilt or innocence of pro athletes is irrelevant when one considers sustained participation in strenuous activity endured by professional athletes by use of anabolic steroids and other performance enhancing drugs may be a life saving strategy among a population of people who run greater risk of falling victim to multiple deadly diseases, as outlined in my freelance article at:
