Pass the reinstate the Assault Weapons Ban.
More school shootings each year are done with either semi or full Automatics. Many people say that the ban volates the constution but when the founding fathers made the Bill of Rights the type of guns back then were your basic guns. Yes the people does have the right to keep and bear arms. But unlike the first amendment. There is no clused stating that Congress can not regulate the type of gun sold. These type of guns are not used for hunting like many people say. A good ol Shootgun works just for that We do not need Assault Weapons in the hands of non military. Please Ban these guns from sale to non Military personal.
