Due to budget cuts, our warriors in Afghanistan are no longer able to get breakfast or midnight meals. Considering the often grueling tempo of operations, it is not uncommon to miss lunch and dinner, especially those that serve in Combat Arms. There is no excuse for making our heroes go hungry while they risk their lives to preserve the way we live ours. If you can't find money in the budget, I propose that you slash Presidential and Congressional salaries. As the leaders of this nation, you should lead from the front. Feed our troops before you feed yourselves.
Bring these meals back. Make it happen.
