The Unalienable Right to vote, is denied to Americans, that had been jailed or held in involuntary servitude, Per Cons. Amend 13, Section I, defines the term, involuntary servitude (punishment for crime)...became Superseded, By the 15th Constitutional Amendment, Passed by Congress February 1869 and ratified in 1870 states "The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged, by the United States or by any State on account of race, color, OR PREVIOUS CONDITION OF SERVITUDE." This Petition is a Grievance to Reinstate all American Citizens, whose Constitutional Right to Vote, has been abridged and taken for THEIR ENTIRE LIFETIMES! Surly, after they paid their price to Society, they are still entitled to all the Constitutional Rights, of all American Citizens...
