This petition will enable young people to buy in and contribute to America either in defense (military service), social service (youth, elderly, immigrants, veteran services, and economically disadvantaged), education service (youth and adult education).
This petition if enacted will allow the people of our country to have a voice if we don't like the way our youth are being used as it relates to issues of war and peace. People of my generation had parents who became enraged along with affected youth as a result of the obscenity of the Vietnam Nam War. We don't see that in today's environment. If we are to sacrifice our youth to war, let it be the correct war. Today war is over there, antiseptic as long as our child is not involved. We need more involvement by citizens.
