Reinstate Edward Snowden to the US Army and continue the pursuit for his arrest under DoD Directive 1352.1

Created by W.J. on June 18, 2013

Edward Snowden has damaged National Security and has threatened to share intelligence with China. Snowden can be recalled/reinstated to the military under DoD directive utilizing section 4.5 and other sections of the directive to reinstate and member of the military.

The reason President Obama should do so is to increase the number of tools in the presidents arsenal should Mr. Snowden be captured by China or any other foreign power. With such leverage the president shall better be able to negotiate the suspects return to the USA.

Mr. Snowden's continued leaks represent a clear and present danger to the economic national security of the United States and our president should do everything in his power to take this person into custody as soon as possible. Thank you.
