Reinstate EO: 13,201: Notification of Employee Rights Concerning Payment of Union Dues or Fees!

Created by J.L. on May 11, 2012

We, the American People, are entitled by Nature itself to our individual Liberty in attention to the labor force, especially in economic downturns. An Executive Order that was revoked by you on January 30, 2009, President Obama that former President George W. Bush signed into Law in 2001 breached our individual Liberty to be properly informed that we do not have to comply nor in any way negotiate with labor unions in attention to their ways and means that essentially violate Federal Law concerning collective bargaining, contract administration, and grievance adjustment. In your revoke in EO:13,496, it's clear that you are out of touch on the complexities of understanding what is written in the U.S.C; thus, you resulted in coercion to favor labor unions for palpable reelection prospects.
