Prior to the 1980's The FCC had regulations in place called the Fairness Doctrine that ensured honesty, equitable, and balanced reporting of our nations news. Since the FCC removed these regulations we have seen more and more partisan propaganda taking the place of actual news in this country. It has gotten to the point that one can not be sure that any news they here is actually the truth. We now must rely on the opinions of the few media companies left.
How can we make honest informed decisions when we can no longer trust our news sources to be honest with us?
