The State of Arizona Revoked A Truck Drivers CDL because he received a Ticket for No Proof of Insurance on a piece of company equipment when the fact of the Matter is real simple. The Company had insurance and the insurance card had expired at midnight. The trucking Company CRST had insurance but, Mr. Kirkland was cited for no Insurance and lost his CDL. Mr. Kirkland sent the ticket to CRST and they didn't send the Ticket in to Arizona causing the Suspension. We would like for you to Overturn this Suspension and reinstate his license so, he can get back to work and support his family
