Reinstate the Glass-Steagull Act to eliminate the Investment Banks from gambling with American citizens money on Wall St

I am asking the President to bring Glass/Steagull or the 1933 U.S. Banking Act to the national conversation. We must eliminate the ability of investment banks to utilize consumer's savings accounts to gamble on Wall St. The Gordon Gecko's of Wall Street should not be allowed to take risks with our money. The banks for ordinary citizens should not be in the business of playing the stock market.
