Reinstate Habeas Corpus.

The purpose of this petition is to have the current administration to reinstate Habeas Corpus, meaning "have the body" in Latin.
The need for secret court hearings during wartime has been provided under the the Military Tribunial System itself under the Uniform Code of Military Justice. Since the USA Patriot Act of 2001, the Military Comissions Act of 2006, and the John Warner Defense Authorization Act of 2007, the provisions handling sensitive military tribunals have been grossly expanded well beyond their original intent.
The Magna Carta in 1215, now largely part of common law, established that no one can be taken away without due process of law.
