Reinstate HARD LABOR for convicted FELONS . This will drop the crime rate nationwide overnight .

Under the thirteenth ammendment to the constitution section one "Slavery or indentured servitude" can be used as punishment for convicted criminals. This would have many benificial effects . Crime Rates would drop instantly , prison overcrowding and recidivism rates would drop, communities would reap the benifits from overproduction of fresh vegtables and meats . Prison would not be glorified any longer , people would think long and hard before commiting a crime because of forced labor .The textiles and other products made by convict labor can be exported for a profit . Make these CRIMINALS pay with blood, sweat and tears for their CRIMES instead of the way it is now with the AMERICAN TAXPAYER paying with OUR blood,sweat and tears for THEIR crime. Its time for common sense ACTION.
