Reinstate hunting rights for citizens that have been convicted of marijuana violations/non-violent

Created by R.E. on December 29, 2012

We have to help ex-marijuana users that have changed their lives and have stayed clean and sober so that they can provide food for their families when open game season is in effect. It will help them stay off food stamps and help from the government as it relates to food for their families. It would only apply to non violent marijuana offenders that have changed their lives and have abstained from further drug use. It would also help them teach their kids how to safely use firearms by attending hunter safety and teach children that they don't have to rely on the government for food.
