Reinstate Kenneth Tate who was fired for carrying an issued weapon in close proximity to the President

Created by J.P. on November 04, 2014

Kenneth Tate was terminated from his position as a contract security guard at the CDC when the Secret Service found that he was carrying his issued handgun while in an elevator with the President. An investigation conducted shortly after Mr. Obama’s visit revealed that Mr. Tate was carrying a C.D.C.-issued firearm, a violation of Secret Service protocols — and a security lapse that the agency’s director at the time, Julia Pierson, never mentioned to the White House.

Mr. Tate is a victim of the incompetence of the Secret Service, and does not deserve this treatment. Mr. President, He should be reinstated immediately.
