On January 14, 2014, the US Appeals Court struck down FCC regulations concerning Net Neutrality, the concept in which all packets are treated equally. While the court ruled that these laws were based on powers the FCC does not have, it is without a doubt that these laws and regulations were most assuredly in the best interests of consumers, and thus in the best interests of the American populace. We the people respectfully request that the powers that be reinstate the laws and regulations enforcing and ensuring that Net Neutrality not be repealed. We hold this truth to be self-evident, that all packets are created equally, and thus deserve to be treated as such.
