To benefit a better civil understanding and promote a shared responsibility of every Americans duty as a citizen of the republic a military draft should be started to ensure proper numbers and proper support of the share defense of the nation by all Americans and residents aliens.
To do this, all men and women, ages 18 to 25, should be required to register for Selective Service and then may then become eligible for a minimum of a two year term of service in the military branch that selects them to serve.
Prior establish exemptions would apply for service in Peace Corps and Americorps or other organizations.
