Reinstate the military waiver for juvenile felonies.

Created by R.D. on February 13, 2013

Hello, I am 21 years old and have wanted nothing more with my life but to join the military. When I was 16 I was charged with a class E felony for criminal mischief, for breaking a window. This charge was put under my youthful offender status as a juvenile even though I don't have to put it on a job application or anything like that the military still won't except me. There used to be waivers for this and I believe they should be reinstated. I'm sure I'm not the only person out there with this problem and considering the military's main mission is deployment why should they stop me from joining the army 11b infantry for such a minor crime 5 years ago. Please help reinstate the waiver and help me and others better our Lifes and fulfill our dreams.
