Reinstate NASA's "Constellation Program" to return to the moon!

In order to continue our advancements within the scientific community, we must continue our space program and return to the moon. NASA was able to land humans on the moon multiple times but with today's latest technology, the possible discoveries that can be made is worth the cost. Remote observatories could be placed on the lunar surface to allow for better viewing range into the universe. New samples of the lunar surface could be collected and new experiments tested. Please allow NASA to further the future of humanity and spirit of discovery. We could learn so much about the places beyond our world. REINSTATE THE CONSTELLATION SPACE PROGRAM!
