Reinstate the National Park Service's Ye Olde Yule Log on the Ellipse

For 50 years the National Park Service maintained a Yule Log on the Ellipse, burning remnants of dead and dangerous trees from national forests and park lands. It was a creative contribution to the national holiday season and helped foster community in D.C.
