We the people are entitled to our civil liberty's and constitutional rights as Americans, and our Navy is of no exception. The Navy jack was first illustrated on Colonial Marines drums as motivation as part of the first joint operation with the Navy. It was also used on one of Commodore Esek Hopkins ships in 1775 as the first 7 ships of the United States Navy, whos mission was to stop incoming British supplies to reach port, which in turn won us the Revolution. The denial of this flag to our service men is an outrage, For not only was it the first flag to represent our liberty, it also represented our willingness to fight and it reminds us of the sacrifices that many have made to keep our rights.
