On Feb 21st, 1871 the 42nd congress created the Act of 1871 which abandoned the original constitution & created a new country/corporation known as the United States, located in the District of Columbia. With the help of a revised 13th amendment which legally defined a "Slave" as "Involuntary servitude", and legal definitions of "Person" & "Citizen" in the 14th & 15th amendments the government fraudulently entrapped free sovereign peoples into being "Subject to the Jurisdiction of the United States".
