To reinstate our military service members (COLA PAY ) who are actively serving overseas in Spain with their families.

Cutting 90% of a service members pay causes a ripple effect not only in their homes but the surrounding economy. These service members homes are forced to have a ONE income home due to Spanish laws. COLA is pay families rely on to make up for lost income and to be able to afford the current USD to EUR exchange rates which as results in hardship for living out town or affording any type of expenses. This needs to be revalued and should be reconsidered for an increase from where it was origanallly rather than a decrease.
