Reinstate the policies of the Monroe Doctrine

In 1823, U.S. President James Monroe issued a doctrine authored by his Secretary of State John Quincy Adams. In it, he stated that Europe can no longer colonize the Americas and the Americas and Europe will not interfere with any future conflicts. The next 94
years were a time of ease and peace between the two worlds. In 1917, the United States entered World War I. In 1941, the United States entered World War II. The following 74 years caused turmoil, with the United States interfering with conflicts that did not interfere with them whatsoever. Please reinstate this policy and give an eternal era of neutrality in the United States.
