Reinstate the right to bear arms to felons not guilty of violent crimes upon a satisfactory psychological examination.

Created by J.P. on December 29, 2014

Everyone makes mistakes. The laws passed stripping felons of their right to bear arms and the right to vote are unconstitutional. It should be possible for felons not found guilty of a violent crime, and in possession of sound mind, to regain their rights to vote and bear arms. The demographic is most likely a large percentile of the population.
