I would like to see my rights to own a firearm reinstated after a non violent felony conviction over 30 years ago. My sentence was 2 years probation for making the stupid mistake as a kid of stealing a bbq grill. I have been a productive member of society ever since, I'm also a small business owner who provides jobs to help support other families.
The incident happened in Broward county florida in 1979, my civil rights were reinstated in 2008, I would also request that a felony such as this one also be removed from your permanent record once crime free for 30 years. Or I would request a full pardon from President Obama.
