Due to the recent influx of illegal immigrants and legal registered immigrants we propose to re-instate slavery among all states. The slavery would not be limited to people of African descent, it would also encompass all people who are homeless. Slaves would not be whipped and housing would be provided to them as well as food and medical coverage.
