Reinstate the tax credit for American built automobiles with hybrid technology.

It is in Humanity's interest that we move to limit carbon emissions. We have passed the 350 parts per million that our Earth can clean. Science tells us failure to act will bring massive climate change. The ensuing weather and environmental disasters will kill every living thing, including ourselves. In addition, millions look for good jobs, paying a living wage. Our legislators do little or nothing about either issue, paralyzed by conflicting interests. However tax credits and jobs are two things on which we may all be able to agree. Therefore, reinstating the tax credit for hybrid technology and limiting the credit to American built vehicles will promote increased sales, employing more American workers and spreading this environment saving technology more rapidly.
