Please reinstate all tuition assistance for all DoD and Coast Guard E-7 and above, including officers, in FY2014.
Obtaining advanced education isn't any cheaper for senior personnel, especially with families.
Reinstating the tuition assistance program for all uniformed service members will prevent bottlenecks in advanced education programs and improve the quality of our military leadership.
