Reinstate tuition assistance (TA) to the active duty and reserve members of the United States Coast Guard (USCG).

On March 21, 2013, the DOD announced that tuition assistance (TA) would be reinstated to their military members. The Dept of Homeland Security need to follow suit and reinstate TA to the members of our Coast Guard. While it was never a promised benefit, it was an incentive of a member joining. Please reconsider and reinstate for the members of the USCG.
