Reinstate the USPS international ground and sea mail service that was unjustly eliminated by George W. Bush in 2007.

Ever since May of 2007, the American people have been denied access to basic postal service needs. International ground and sea shipments by the USPS is an important part of every day posting for Americans that wish to send something heavy overseas. Nobody ever consulted with the American people about this when the Bush Administration just simply eliminated this basic type of postal service and compromised another basic freedom and need of the American people.
