Reinstate the WOTC tax credit that is currently in Hiatus

Created by K.C. on November 12, 2012

The work opportunity tax credit or WOTC ended at the end of 2011. The credit has been in hiatus all year. The law is a tax credit for employers who employ people who have been on government assistance provided that they employ the people for over 125 hours and the credit increases if they are employed over 400 hours. It is an incentive to get people that are on government assistance back into the workforce and to help small business owners grow.
