Mandate a gender neutral military draft for all Americans between the ages of 18 and 25. Enable the reinstatement of local draft boards and all former exemptions with the former system that was in place during the Viet Namn war era. The current system of a voluntary force represents only three percent of the population and does not equally share the risk involved in military operations abroad. Insure that the conscription service holds no exemptions for elected officials with young sons and daughters eligible for participating in military service.
