for the reinstatement of my parental rights to my daughter Krsna Lysette Thrush

I, Alyse Thrush, am petitioning for the immediate review of my case with Jefferson County CO Division of Child, Youth, and Families and for the reinstatement of my parental rights to my daughter Krsna Lysette Thrush on the grounds of:A) the egregious mishandling of my case and unethical conduct for the intentional purposes of circumventing reunification
B) no reasonable efforts as defined by law were made by this department in regards to my case
C) lack of evidence as defined by Colorado State Law in regards to termination for mental health was ever presented in court
D) I had ineffective counsel by court appointed attorney
E) was denied the right at trial to present evidence in my favor which violates my rights to due process
F) unlawful manipulations of the EPP timeclock
