It is clear that Russia will not abide by international law or norms. As this is the case, our partners in Eastern Europe are at risk. We can hep protect our partners, and send a clear message to Putin in terms he can understand, by completing the proposed missile defense shield in Poland that was previously proposed. Poland is currently working on this alone, the USA should help and also make the system more robust to protect NATO bases in other countries.
