The current conditions of The Russian Federation and its goals are that of the former Soviet Union therefore the government and the people should be subject to increased awareness of potential foriegn and domestic threats of spies,treason and espionage. The people who are convicted of the crimes should be exiled from the united states of america or imprisoned for life. This will prevent future totalitarian control and abuse of a once thriving nation. The cia and government need reevalution. Furthermore the war on terrorism should be expanded towards communism and organizations such as farc, cuba, north korea, etc... Yet there are no known coalition forces to fight this threat or they remain dorment. History is back on track to M.A.D. (MUTUAL ASSURED DESTRUCTION)
