Reintroduce and Pass S.916-Children First Child Support Reform Act of 2001 in the U.S. Senate.

The Child Support system is broken and needs to be reformed now on behalf of children and families across the country. Although the Children First Child Support Act of 2001 does introduce important reforms, it does not remedy all of the problems that American parents face when dealing with the current child support system. Enacting this law will begin the reformation process that parents desperately need and begin to ensure that children are receiving 100 percent of the support they deserve from the non-custodial parent.
