Until adequate outside research and tests have been conducted in all the areas effected by releasing genetically modified fish into the water and the food system, we feel it is irresponsible of our government to give the go ahead for this product. These tests should be done by experts in genetic fields to study what they might do after human consumption. They should also be tested by experts in the protection of water. China's rivers are testing positive for antibiotic resistant genes believed to trace back to the pesticides and crops that have been planted in fields nearby. What will happen to our water if you put these fish in our streams? Stand up for the consumer and our water. Say no.
