We the People call on the Obama administration to reject or Veto legislation which would result in the confiscation or mandatory surrender of otherwise legally owned firearms of any type or style, magazines, drums, clips, strips, or other devices capable of holding 10 rounds or more of ammunition. Understanding that legislation may be passed by Congress which would restrict, limit, or even ban certain weapons or magazines from sale at a later date; we the people outright reject the premise of confiscation, surrender, or government "buy-back" programs which will result in the disarming of the American public. Furthermore, we call on the administration to reject or veto any attempt to limit or restrict the sale of ammuntion and/or ammunition components.
