Please consider removing (or couple with) the minimum wage requirement and instead replacing it with a "minimum percentage" of at least 1%. This rule will force any company to pay its lowest paid employee or sub contractor at least 1% of its top paid employee or contractor. This will give the legislative branch a tool to directly effect the economy without removing the capitalist identity. Wal-mart wants to pay CEO $10 million, then every cashier gets 1% or $100,000. There currently is no policy that ties the top and bottom together. The health of an economy is found in its internal flow. This will allow congress to control "flow".
