"The signatures on this petition have been assembled to express the need for a federal law enforcement agency that specializes in investigating the ethical conduct of all law enforcement agencies in the United States of America."
We already have the FBI, The CIA, Homeland Security. why do we need a Gestapo type police agency except to further take From the american peoples rights. There is no need for a Federal Policing agency Unless it is under the direct control of the people and not the government. We don't want another WW here on american soil. I would hope that people would really consider the ramifications of a Police force that would superseded state police and the FBI
