Currently, airsoft, a military simulation sport similar to paintball is a booming industry that employs over 50,000 people nationwide. The states of California and New Jersey have already signed bills to eliminate and/or harshly regulate this sport to the point where it will not be a military simulaton, nor will it be nearly as enjoyable. These two senate bills have the potential to eliminate over half of the airsoft industry, destrying thousands of jobs nationwide.
