This corrupt bargain was conceived in secrecy, and we would not know it's text if it wasn't for WikiLeaks.
It gives too much power to the corporations, which are already too powerful. It is "of the people, by the people, for the people", not "of the corporations, by the corporations, for the corporations".
It will allow for companies to outsource American jobs more easily.
It will lead to an increase in prescription drug costs.
It will give corporations the right to sue the government for laws they don't like, at taxpayer expense.
As it has no termination date, it will only be able to be repealed if all the signing countries agree to it. This will make it very difficult to repeal. This seems rather non-democratic, considering the level of secrecy surrounding it.
