we need to not allow the pipeline as it does not improve our energy security . Its' primary purpose is to transport dirty tar sands to Texas refineries for refining and export. It is a seventeen hundred mile pipeline through the US heartland exposing our fertile breadbasket to the danger of disastrous breaks, leaks and pollution of not just our land but our water resources
