Allow children above a reasonable age to get jobs with a waiver signed by themselves stating that they are working of their own free will, and that their parents aren't forcing them to. This would especially apply to jobs like excavating, carpentry, and other trades.
This would allow children to help pay for their own college and/or car, as well as develop a better work ethic and a healthier lifestyle.
