For many petitions here on We the People, the Obama administration has been unable to comment because of a flaw in the Terms of Participation. If someone from the administration can't comment on the issues raised in a petition, then those concerns should be relayed to someone who can comment on them. If the petitioners' problems are not addressed, what's the point of having a petition site at all?
