Last year, enrollment and health care premium costs were released on October 1st.
This year, the release of these premiums has been pushed back until November 15th - conveniently after the mid-term elections.
The American people have a right to know this information prior to the election.
There is no plausible reason to withhold these figures other than for political gain.
