As with the promised closing of Guantanamo Bay prison near the time of Mr. Obama's inauguration, some time back, though it got scant attention from most media, Mr. Obama successfully organized & executed a tribunal which effectively cleared 86 Guantanamo inmates of the plausibility & suspicion of any crime, while many of the 86 had not been formally charged with a crime. This clemency, or formal release of containment included a contracted provision to either return the inmates to their previous country of citizenship, or for them to be repatriated by host nations who had either petitioned for their exile, or who were willing for them to be delivered by the U.S. government as citizens, or as pending applicants for citizenship.
To date, none have been released. Please demand their release.
