The justification for the Prism program is to collect data in order to seek out and defeat criminal and terrorist activity. That being the case, this data can be used to keep our politicians honest.
Release all data from the Prism program on all elected officials to the American people. We will not look at the data unless we see evidence that an elected official has engaged in some criminal activity. This could be implemented through a computer system that requires a set number of American citizens to vote on the probability of criminal activity for a given elected official.
If the program isn't good enough to keep our elected officials accountable then it shouldn't be used to keep tabs on civilians.
