Release all prisoners in the Guantanamo Bay detention facility who are approved for transfer to other countries.

Created by C.P. on April 29, 2013

The detention facility at Guantanamo Bay has at least 50 prisoners who have been cleared for release and have a country willing to accept them. These men have been adjudicated by high level US officials to be innocent of any wrong doing and are not a danger to the United States.

Keeping these men unjustly incarcerated is a crime against humanity. The detention facility at Guantanamo Bay needs to be closed and releasing these men is the first place to start.
